A fun activity that can be done rain or shine is a photo alphabet hunt. My kiddos enjoy finding and photographing letters of the alphabet found in natural objects outdoors or around the house. They can find unique ways to spell their name or just make a photo collage of letters A-Z. Some examples can be found here. Their artwork can then be used as a screen saver or printed and displayed at home. Photo shown is of my son, Austin, displaying his name in his own creative way.
