Geocaching

Treasure hunting is not just for books and movies.  You can be a treasure hunter too!  It’s fun to explore new places where you will hunt for hidden containers that hold anything from a logbook to little treasures like a rubber duck.  The only necessities are a GPS device or a GPS-enabled mobile phone so that you can navigate to the cache, and a Geocaching.com Membership (basic membership is free).    Geocaches can be found hidden in your local park and are also hidden all over the world.  It’s a great activity for the entire family.  Click on the link below for a 2 minute video on Geocaching.  Happy hunting!
